柏市保健所地域保健課です。

ご意見いただきました件につきましては市としても国の動向を注視しているところです。
しかしながら、本件につきましては、国からの明確な見解が示されておらず、市としても独自
の判断基準を持ち得ないのが現状でございます。今後とも、必要に応じた対応を検討させ
ていただきますので、市の現状に何卒ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

抗菌薬（抗生剤）による薬害と子供の奇形について

薬害情報では生後2歳児未満に抗菌薬を使用するとIgEを増加させてアレルギー、喘息、アトピー

性皮膚炎の患者を高率で発症させていると言われている。

アレルギーや喘息、アトピー性皮膚炎などの母親が子供を産んだ場合、親の産道を通るときに腸

内細菌叢を引き継ぐ為同じ病気を発症すると言われている、又、歳を取って腸内細菌叢が加齢

により老齢化した場合老人性のアトピー性皮膚炎や喘息などを発症すると言われている。

この状況は腸内細菌叢の構成を壊してしまうために腸内バクテリアだけが産生している遊離型

ビタミンを欠乏させてしまう、これをこのままほっておけば、ビタミン欠乏により将来、指の短い

短肢症、内臓形成障害、兎口、自閉症状、鬱、神経炎などの奇形児の生まれる可能性が高くな

ると言われている欠乏症はPGE2、PGE3などの減少をまねきIgE、IgAを増加させてしまう、I

gEは免疫グロブリンの中で、唯一ヒスタミンや炎症系サイトカインを産生させる働きがあるため

IgEが増加するとレアギン活性（抗体の過敏）が起きて特異的IgEによるアレルギーを発症させ

る、同様に免疫不全症なども発症させると言われている。

Drug Injury and Deformities in Children Caused by Antibacterial
Drugs (Antibiotics)
According to drug hazard information, the use of antibacterial drugs in children
under 2 years of age increases IgE and causes a high rate of allergies, asthma,
and atopic dermatitis in these patients. When a mother who has allergies, asthma,
or atopic dermatitis gives birth to a child, the child is said to develop the same
diseases because the intestinal microflora is inherited when it passes through the
birth canal of the parent. If left untreated, vitamin deficiency will increase the
likelihood of future birth defects such as short finger syndrome, organ dysplasia,
rabbit's mouth, autistic symptoms, depression, and neuritis. IgE is the only
immunoglobulin that produces histamine and inflammatory cytokines, so when IgE is
increased, rareaginous activity (hypersensitivity of antibodies) occurs and
allergies caused by specific IgE develop. This is said to cause allergies due
to specific IgE, as well as immunodeficiency diseases.

スタチン類の副作用について

コレステロールを下げるスタチン類は使用者に２〜３割り程度の原発性の癌と横紋筋融解症

を発症させると言われている、また、催奇形性作用も出現させると言われている。

Adverse Effects of Statins
Cholesterol-lowering drugs such as statins are said to cause
primary cancer and rhabdomyolysis in about 20-30% of users,
and they are also said to produce teratogenic effects.


癲癇薬の副作用について

カルバミド基・ウレイド基が入っている癲癇薬など使用している場合には鬱や幻覚などが発症

すると言われているその他、子供の奇形を起こす催奇形性作用は他のビタミン欠乏症や過剰

摂取によるもの、医薬品の薬害によるものが知られている

Depression and hallucinations are said to occur when epileptic drugs
containing carbamide and ureido groups are used. Other known teratogenic
effects that cause deformities in children are due to other vitamin
deficiencies, overdose, and drug toxicity.



ステロイドなどを使った対処療法について
Coping therapy using steroids and other drugs

遺伝子型代謝障害（主に酵素の欠損症）は医者が治療するものですからここには含まれてい

ません、　栄養型代謝障害の発症機序は代謝の上流部（栄養源の腸からの吸収が最上部）

でおきています、代謝の最下流である（IgEやIgAが皮膚から垢などになって体の外に排出

される）皮膚炎症や粘膜炎症への対処療法では治癒することはできない、代謝の上流部で

ある代謝障害を放置しておけばいずれIgE抗体やIgA抗体が溜まり続け、ステロイド治療に

は耐性ができ限界が訪れます、代謝障害はビタミンやミネラルなど栄養素の欠乏ですから

補充すれば時間はかかりますが健常状態に戻ります。

Genetic metabolic disorders (mainly enzyme deficiencies) are not included

metabolic disorders occurs in the upstream of metabolism (absorption of
nutrients from the intestine is at the top), while the downstream of
metabolism (IgE and IgA are expelled from the body as plaque from the
skin) is in the downstream. If the metabolic disorder is left untreated,
IgE and IgA antibodies will continue to accumulate, and the body will
become resistant to steroid therapy, and the disease will reach its limits.

ビオチン療法の誤った噂話について

ビオチン療法が普及するにつれて最近誤った噂話が流れています、この療法を始めれば、すぐ

に治癒すると勘違いしている方もいらっしゃると思いますがそうではありません、体の防御反応

によりIgEやIgAなどが正常値までにならなければ炎症は続き治癒しないと言われています

ビオチンは保険適用外なので皆保険では治療できないとか言われていますが、ビオチンは脂漏性湿

疹薬として認められているため保険適用が出来ます、一日１ｍgまでしか保険ではでませんので、後

残りの８ｍｇ程足りない薬理量までは零売をおこなっている薬局から購入してください

身体には代謝経路や代謝回路という生命維持反応を持っていて、このことで生きています、代謝の

最上流は腸からのビタミンやミネラルを吸収することから始まります、その後いろいろな経路をとうり

最後には代謝の最下流の上皮細胞（皮膚）や粘膜上皮細胞（気管支粘膜や消化器粘膜）より垢や粘

膜が剥がれ落ちることで身体より排出されます、ですからステロイドはあくまでも皮膚や粘膜の痒み

や痛みを止める役割で治癒させる薬品ではありません、20歳頃につれて一時的に緩解状態になる

としたらそれは胸腺の免疫細胞によるものです。
